This website is a private, independent project about KALYIX. Content is created with due care but may change as the project evolves.

According to Sec. 7 para. 1 TMG I am responsible for my own content under general laws. There is no obligation to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information. Obligations to remove or block information under general laws remain unaffected.

Liability is only possible from the moment of knowledge of a specific infringement. Upon becoming aware, the relevant content will be removed promptly.

Notice about V1 legacy builds

The provided KALYIX V1 build is not an active product path anymore. It remains only as a legacy and reference state and is no longer maintained as the real base for further product development.

No warranty is provided for functionality, correctness, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose. On an end-user system, the build may work, work only partially, or fail to run at all.

Use is entirely at your own responsibility. Protecting your own setup, creating backups, testing, and deciding whether to use the build at all remain the responsibility of the end user. Where legally permissible, no liability is assumed for consequences arising from the use or non-use of this legacy build.
